ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW IS THE TRAINING COURSE STRUCTURED?
Our training certification is online via Zoom over the course of 12 weeks with a required in-person weekend training in Atlanta. If you feel called to pursue facilitator certification but reside outside the United States or are otherwise unable to travel to Atlanta, alternate arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis and should be discussed during the candidate interview. Live trainings are 60-90 minutes weekly with integration weeks during which there are no group calls.
What will i learn during this certification?
- How to curate and hold physical and energetic spaces that allow for deep release and transformation
- The proprietary Women Who Roar ceremony format, flow, and how each step deepens trust and connection
- How to facilitate in a way that brings out your gifts and inspires trust, and how to honor that trust in practice
- Practices, playlists, marketing materials, and ready-to-implement ceremonies to guide attendees into deep transformation
- Logistical guidance – partnering with venues, marketing, and gaining access to Women Who Roar’s suite of tools and playlists
- Develop relationships with other facilitators
Are there any prerequisites?
No, nor does a woman have to have previously attended a ceremony to become a facilitator, but all candidates are required to participate in a video call/interview.
How can I get the most out of the training?
In the same way a ceremony is held, training calls are held with intention and presence. You will be expected to attend all of the online trainings live (commitment to missing no more than 1 live training is required) and be present for the duration of each call.
What happens after the training is completed?
The final stage of training is an in-person weekend training immersion. Facilitators in training will either be granted certification upon completion of the program or training will be extended if more time is needed.
Certified facilitators may host ceremonies independently or with other certified facilitators and/or aligned facilitation partners, and are eligible for exclusive benefits like coaching and training seminars, retreats, and advanced practitioner ceremonies.Â
To maintain certification, a facilitator must meet requirements of continuing training, follow financial policies, and uphold facilitator expectations as agreed between the facilitator and Women Who Roar.
